"The overall experience was memorable and worthwhile. I like the closeness to nature and the overall serenity. The staff were responsive and friendly. The concierge in particular was very helpful. The only challenge was the kitchen staff. We ordered room service for dinner. It was very delayed. Breakfast was a bit of a challenge. Refills of meals for the breakfast buffet was very slow. "
"The location that was put in the map is not where the hotel is, I had to travel for 3 hours from where they showed it was located to where it actually was because of the distances and traffic which was the reason why I was looking to book a hotel close to the airport. I called hotels.com to complain about it and they couldn’t not help me, Which I found disappointed! The booking said the rooms included breakfast but upon getting to the property, the management said they wouldn’t give us breakfast...
"The hotel is lovely and modern. The rooms are big. The breakfast is terrible and it’s available for 1 person even if you book the room for two people. The breakfast was so poor, I mean 3 slice of bread, egg and a sachet of chocolate drink and milk. Another option is custard and Akara, I don’t think these breakfast options are suitable for someone with a longer duration of stay."

I showed him my reservation and he rudly replied that his boss never informed him of any reservation on my name.and walked out of me. . "The Vintano Hotel is a wonderful start to my first trip to Africa and Nigeria! I am from the US and travel a lot. I have never seen a hotel with so many amazing amenities and for such a great price! They have two pools! One is on the roof top. There is a very nice restaurant, multiple lounges and bars and a movie room where you book your own private movie viewing from their current movies. They also have a small casino, salsa dancing, a brunch and so much more! Above all the staff is so attentive and provides stellar service! I will definitely return! I did hope for a more walkable neighborhood for stores in the area but there is so much to do at hotel I was happy."
"From the security at the gate to the reception and the restaurant staffs, everyone was great. this is the first restaurant that the staffs actually serve you the buffet. All you do is point to what you need. this is a go to hotel for me when i am in Lagos "
"My stay was exceptional. I’ve always stayed at Lagos Continental but this time, it was spectacular. I went with my husband and 2 teenage kids for 8 nights. Our adjoining club rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very nice amenities. We only ever ate at Ekabo and the food was fantastic! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone at concierge, especially Samuel, helped to ensure we had our car hire set up and ready for us each day. He even went to the supermarket to get Gatorade for my daughter when she was ill. He assisted us with many sight seeing activities culminating in a wonderful yacht cruise on the Lagoon. He went above and beyond. They had a jazz band at the pool one night when we hanging out with our extended family. The next morning, there was an electric guitar player at the breakfast buffet at Ekabo. We appreciated all these many touches they added that made our stay extra special "
