The overall experience was great. The only complaints we had is that the shower water wasn’t very hot. Also if you are handicapped or have difficulty going up and down stairs then you will have a difficult time getting to the pool. They need better access for people who need help or can’t walk the stairs.

All the amenities you need. Variety of gaming options, multiple restaurants, and clean rooms. My first stay at The Horseshoe and I definitely will look into more trips there.
