The hotel has amazing location and views. The staff is very friendly. They gave us free upgrades. Thermal pool, spa and sport facilities are top notch. Breakfast is excellent. This is one of the best hotels in Izmir.

The hotel is new and very clean. The location is great. Only two tramway stops from the town's main bazaar and the clock tower. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the historical elevator (TARIHI ASANSOR) which is perfect for sunset photoshoots. The view from breakfast room is amazing. Breakfast was great! Entrance was locked up when we arrived, with a note that we should enter through the hotel around the corner. No problem with it. They park the car for you, since it's not always easy to find parking.

It was good. Service was good. Breakfast could be better, more options but overall ok. Room service was good. A lot of markets and restaurants nearby. But no parking. Have to find on the street and its not easy. Little loud inside. You can hear the street. Windows need to be more noise reductive.
