"This hotel is convenient for those taking early flights from Izmir airport as it is a few hundred feet from the airport entrance. The gift is the transportation assist. We checked in and asked for a ride back to the hotel after dropping the rental car off. DONE. We also got a ride to the airport at 5 am the next morning from a kind and friendly driver. "

"Excepcional staff. Free valet parking. AC wasn’t in very good condition as the room went only one degrees down after a whole night. All in all, clean and good for the value — considering this is within the airport. "

"AC in the room did not function. We specifically went to this Hilton because the website said it had AC. Certainly, Double Tree - Hilton would have AC, but no. After checking in we find that there is no AC, that it is deliberately deactivated for the entire building because April 27 is considered winter season. Outside air temps are 80F/22C. Rooms were very stuffy. When we complained the staff insisted that they did have AC that worked because the heaters were working. No amount of explanation that AC = cold air communicated the problem. The staff gave us some extra Hilton points to compensate. We ran into the same problem in Cyprus - Central AC deactivated for the "winter" season. Live and learn. "

"Booked the single room for my last night as my flight was early in the next morning. Happy I got a very big room and was pretty clean and a big comfy bed .The bathroom was ok, the shower drain a bit slow. Stuff friendly and helpful. Breakfast even if I was early was good and lots to eat. Metro to the airport was 10 mins walk but with few big suitcases I asked the reception to call a taxi , hotel>airport was 5/6 mins and paid 290 TL. Lots restaurants bar shopping few mins walk . So I can say I was pleased with my stay "

"Staff at check in very polite, place was nice and clean, if you looking to use kitchen this place has only coffee and tea facility, there are no pots,pans etc also great value for money but Cigarette smoke hit me as soon as we opened door, if you do not smoke or have small children would not recommend as cigarette smell was really overpowering also plugs and wire hanging from the wall unprotected so not recommended with small kids"
