There was a back deck on our unit with a scenic view and it was such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The bedding was super soft and comfy. You really can’t beat the price for something this close, just 30 minutes from the park. The property was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly large, which I loved. The unit is located on the second story, so you do have to climb stairs to access it. There are two units upstairs that share the same back deck, which was perfect for sitting with a cup of coffee and looking out over the valley. Like most places in the area, this one doesn’t have air conditioning, but opening the windows lets in plenty of fresh mountain air. They also provided fans and a swamp cooler, which helped a lot. It was nice to have some practical touches. A refrigerator, washer and dryer, and a coffee pot were all provided. The cabinets were stocked with cups, bowls, coffee grounds, filters, powdered creamer, and sugar. Everything you need for a quiet morning. Just know this is a budget friendly spot. It’s not fancy and some of the decor is a bit dated, but it’s clearly well cared for. And if you’re in Victor, don’t miss The Emporium downtown. Our stay went very smooth. Full size washer and drier, very clean. Full kitchen. Owners were very friendly but only saw them briefly when heading out on our adventures. If we are ever in the area again we would stay here.
