This property can be rented weekly, monthly, or multi month. It has 3 bedrooms 2 baths. 2 kings (master & guest), & twins beds. Master bath has walk in shower. Guest bathroom has shower/tub combo. Dining seats 6. flat screens TV's, Internet, & streaming services, full size washer & dryer. The list goes on. Large deck over looks the Sawgrass CC golf course and has expansive views of those beautiful morning sunrises! Work space and cozy TV/ Florida room. Tifton Cove has a community pool available for use. Ample parking for renters and guests. Close proximity to Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach dining, nightlife, Historic St Augustine (30 min drive down scenic A1A), Jacksonville International Airport (45 minutes). Please call for more details today. Available daily, weekly and monthly. Pets be consider will require owner approval and a non refundable pet fee and a refundable pet deposit.
