Room facilities are not good at all. We had a non-functioning A.C.. Then managed to get another room on request, however that had a broken flush. Not worth the price

Bad Management / cheats

I was holding a confirm booking for three rooms from Hotels.com which the hotel refused to accept. The fact was they had given the rooms to someone else. Hotels.com was approached and the hotel manager refused to take call. I was standed with my family in car late at night as we did not have any other place to go. Very Very low standard. Hotel should not be in hospitality industry at all.

Worst hotel ever the service was so poor , no response even after 3-4 calss . Denied us breakfast which was in ghe package.food quality was very poor and the hotel staff was rude and did not co-operate at all

Best budget hotel giving Value for money

The hotel is very conveniently located near airport, Fortis hospital and Gaurav Tower. Rooms are neat and clean, decently decorated and let abundance of daylight / view of city through windows. Breakfast menu is reasonably good. Executives at reception are very polite and try to help the residents in best possible way. A few problems with the hotel is non-availability of non-veg food, difficulty to locate it and not-so-tidy surrounding neighbourhood. But my overall impression is it is one of the best budget hotels in Jaipur giving value for money. In future, I shall like to return back here.
