“Location is good and is easy to shop nearby. Although outlook is quite old but has good quality inside hotel. Breakfirst is delicious and has a lot of choice. ”

The staff in reception were very helpful and knowledgeable with every need or question. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, it is located in an high urban area, close to attractions yet it has that beautiful spa resort zen feel. ”

“The room was clean and bright and more spacious than previous hotels on our trip, we requested an extra blanket and a lovely duvet was delivered .We had specific food requests - vegan and gluten free and the kitchen obliged with excellent meals specially prepared and all of the staff were polite , helpful and eager to please - nothing was a problem.I will stay here again”

“這是第二度造訪。 旅館經理及其他櫃檯服務人員非常有耐心的服務，房務清潔人員也都非常用心打掃。 旅館附設的餐廳早餐雖然簡單，但品質很好。 樓頂的小游泳池也別去特色，是適合做日光浴的地方 特別值得一提的是～ 退房離開到別城市後，發現從保險箱拿取的東西漏掉一包錢。經過反應後，第二天一大早告知沒有找到。但是當天傍晚再度來信息，說明找到了我遺漏的小錢袋。真是令人非常的驚喜與感動。 這也促成了未來第二次造訪這個城市的理由了喔！”
