Questionable all the way around

Check in was a Kiosk and could not hear them staff was not super friendly the pool was closed for a few weeks but no notice was given when reserved beds are not comfortable and hallways stunk

Nice relaxing stay in the hotel and pool.

It was a good stay in the hotel. The family enjoyed swimming and watching TV and relaxing in the air condition. It was a nice quick stay and we enjoyed it. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

This hotel went above and beyond expectations for us on our road trip. A fire alarm issue made things a little louder than expected. They immediately moved us to a room that was nice and quiet. Just what we needed after a long day on the road.

So the pros of our stay, dog friendly and they did not over charge on the pet fees like so many do anymore. The front desk lady was very nice and welcoming. The cons: We were keep awake all night by pounding above us. There was a blood stain on the comforter The room smelled horrible The grounds were disgusting, trash all over. We never felt safe at all You could hear the door to the outside slamming all night. The room just did not feel clean. Maybe one of the worst stays I have had. Was not worth the price

Our room was very near to an outside door with easy access to the pool/hot tub/gym area. Our beds were new, firm, and very comfortable. Our sheets were clean, soft, and high thread count! TV worked well. Pillows were plenty and puffy. The breakfast area was spotless and well stocked. The staff mopped the entry and food area at least 3x while we were eating to ensure cleanliness and appearance for all guests. Check in was fast, informative amd friendly. All aspects of our short overnight stay were excellent, including the waterslide and hot tub! Would definitely recommend. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’œ
