Our family stays at Canad Inn Grand Forks frequently but this stay unfortunately was pretty bad. When we checked in we found the room very dirty. The room was not cleaned, there was dirty underwear left on the floor by the bed. I asked to speak to a manager but was told there was none on site. We got moved to the room next door that had hair on the bathroom floor and the toilet backed up and clogged. I waited for a manager to reach out to us about the issues like I asked but nobody did until check out when I asked again. I know things can be missed in such a busy hotel but we felt ignored. The waterpark was great as usual and they had a promo for free breakfast in July.

took my family for a small family getaway vacation the hotel staff were great BUT as soon as we get to the room it felt a bit hot thought it was because a/c had been off turned it on changed and went to the pool came back a few hours later to find our room still hot (the hallway was cooler) went downstairs and told reception they sent a guy from maintenance super quick that was awesome a/c worked better for about an hour please keep in mind it was a 2 room place where the bunkbeds were it was HOT! second day the a/c quit working called reception again at night only to find out that no one from maintenance was there so they send us a small fan for the whole room A FAN!!! hopefully they fix these type of things because its a nice hotel and place to take the family..thank you
