Felt safe; everyone was so friendly and helpful; to the point we needed a corkscrew opener. The Receptionist called to the nears corner store for us and asked if they had corkscrew openers. So we were able to sit and enjoy our evening.

Horrible. It said it was under renovations which I missed. The only good thing was the staff were great to interact with. Room was dirty, dirty coffee machine..bags still in it dirty. Tv converter fell apart, standing lamp.. the shade was broke and fell on my husbands head when he sat on the couch and one of the bottles in the shower broke off the wall. Dirt on the floor all along the front of the kitchen cupboard area. Breakfast was very less than we expected we went out for breakfast after we saw the choices. We stayed in one of your hotels in Quebec last year and had a great experience. The breakfast was amazing lots of choices, hotel was clean and room was comfy and inviting. This hotel..worst experience in hotel stays.

Right off of the highway was great for a short night of sleep for travel. It could have been a little cleaner, and the parking lot/loading area was small.

We stayed for two nights. The room was nice until the next morning when there was no power. We informed the front desk and after a few attempts they were not able to resolve the problem and asked us to pack luggage and moved us to a different room on another floor. When we spoke to the property manager, he told us that there was maintenance in the area, surprisingly on a weekend. The pool was also cold and not available until after the weekend, which is sad as kids couldn’t go out because of snow.

Sorry but one of the worst places I have stayed. Although there is a see through white drape there are no drapes for sleeping or changing. No hand soap on the bathroom and when asked they were out. Thank the lord this isn't pandemic times. To beat ot all no wifi. In this day and age that should never happen. Cant believe they have thr Hilton name attached to this. Really disappointing...

Great stay
The Suites were under renovations, however, our room was just redone and was beautiful! The only complaint I have is that the other guests on our floor were pretty loud and there was a dog that barked alot! The construction crew was extremely nice and courteous and very respectful of our stay.

The hall carpet is stained, the couch has stains on it. I put a towel on the cushions to sit on it. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it and the bathroom was not accessible as booked. Turns out it is a pet friendly hotel. I would not have booked if I knew as I am very allergic to animals. Overall, the room is a bit shabby. That being said, it is spacious, kitchen well-equipped.

Nice spacious room.
The room was very nice and spacious. I did have an issue with the adjoining room having people fighting and a barking dog for 2 hours. I did contact the front desk but they couldn’t move me since the hotel was fully booked. They did make an effort to contact the people by they were not in their room which was not the hotels fault.

Hotel is very tired and needs updating. Beds were HORRIBLE. Worst beds I’ve ever slept in a hotel. Couch had stuffing coming out and carpets stained. Breakfast was terrible. No fruit, coffee empty, counter near waffle station was a mess. All pre packaged foods. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.

We waited 45 minutes to check in, the sheets were full of hair but we were unable to get new sheets. We actually bought our own. Staff was pleasant and helpful but overwhelmed. Managers were unavailable to help.
