5 stars for Japan airlines!
The temperature on the plane was way to hot. Very hot. Like they had the heat on gross
I really loved flying on JAL!
Friendly staff and decent food.
Should have non beef items in breakfast
Our flight was delayed which make the connection flight extremely tight. JAL sent 2 staff waiting for us when we arrived and guided us to get our luggage and ran with us so we caught the train to the other termi nal, without their help, we would have missed the connecting flight. They were very polite, friendly and full of smiles. We greatly enjoyed their help and hospitality 😊
Although my entertainment unit had some issue, JAL flight attendant were attentive and took good care of me. This is what it counts. I highly admire their hospitality.
There was an announcement that food would not be served on the Tokyo to LAX leg of the trip. I scrambled to get food for myself and two young daughters during the layover. Then we were served food on the flight. It would have been nice to have an accurate announcement so that I didn’t have to needlessly cobble together food for us.
Any menu without white rice or bread or carb? Sitting can’t burn calories !!! Am not a carb eater on planes
JAL is awesome!
