I told a staff person who didn't offer to help or seem to care. I had to change rooms because the soap shelf fell off in the bathtub. It was freshly plastered, but not well. The bathtub bottom was peeling and wheen i asked for my trash to be emptied on the second day, no one came even though i made a request at the front desk. The pool heater was not working properly and the pool was cold. There were never any towels at the pool either, and they had to be asked for at the front desk. She was the nicest, welcoming and most efficient front desk person I've ever met. No arguments, just quickly jumped in and solved the problem. Shower head is so corroded that we skipped showers. Mini pillows that caused stiff necks and a poor night’s sleep. Creaky elevator that contributed to the overall sketchy experience. Overall- disappointing. Parking was very limited, the room itself smelled very strongly of mold, there were chunks of drywall that had fallen from the ceiling onto the floor and had not been vacuumed. I was staying in a handicapped equipped room and the sink had exposed splintered wood on the frame.
