"One of the best hotel stays. The attention to detail by the staff was amazing. I came back to my room with my phone charger cable rolled and nicely tied. Restaurant staff was amazing. When I said I wouldn't have time to have some of my favourite food while visiting, they made it for me and packed it so I could bring it to airport. Food was amazing too."
"It was clean and well maintained but no swimming pool and the ac didn't cool the room the way I needed
I have seizures so a cold room is important.
Other then that staff was amazing and hotel itself is in fact beautiful. It's still worth the experience if they upgrade the ac and have the pool running it would be fantastic
One day I look forward to returning i hope these get fixed because both me and my fiance really enjoyed our stay."
"Not all staff were helpful in getting us a grab or GoCar and pushed Bluebird which does not offer fixed price and has a bad reputation. Why push it when we specifically ask for other rides. They need to listen to the guests."
