The Villa is very private, nice gardens with a very large pool area, wood fired & gas BBQs, large balcony with sea views & the morning sunrise, large shaded outside dining table, We even have our own cave bar. The villa size is over 5000sq ft, it is an Traditional Spanish villa with modern features. Villa has been refurbished in 2020, 2021 and more planned for winter 2021 ready for 2022 The space Inside the villa is cool in the day, on the balcony early in the morning you will see the sunrise and in the afternoon it is shaded and cool, the kitchen has been refurbished, it has all the features required in a modern kitchen. Bedrooms are large with plenty of storage space, 2 of them are ensuite. Air conditioning is in all the bedrooms, the kitchen and in both lounges. Outside the villa there is a private garden with an amazing large pool area, the pool area has the sun all day from from morning until sunset, by the pool is a wood fired BBQ, we have another gas BBQ station and dining area next to the main kitchen, we even have our own cave bar with a out side pool table. The villa is perfect for large families or groups that want some private space to enjoy themselves and experience the local area. Guest access: Plenty of private parking and lots of street parking available, we are within 3km or local beaches and the town of Javea. Javea has everything for all ages, download our Guest Book app , search Los Carmenes on google play and the app store.
