Annonce frauduleuse : vous n'aurez que le rez de chaussée de la maison, l'étage est condamné. D'autres parts, le logement est totalement daté, avec des serviettes et des draps dépareillés et de qualité médiocre. Les matelas sont totalement inconfortables, la vaisselle est totalement dépareillée et de seconde main. Les services ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur du prix de la location.Enfin, les stores des chambres ne fonctionnent pas, nous appellons le propriétaire et il vient les fermer manuellement car en effet cassés, et on ne peut plus les réouvir du séjour : 10 jours dans le noir. UNE HONTE !!!!Je décommande totalement cette maison, elle ne devrait meme pas être à la location sur ce site.

Second Stay at Villa Adsubia

We have been visiting Javea for a number of years. This is our second stay at this villa (2022 and 2023) and we were attracted by the great swimming pool and outside entertaining area. The pool is excellent and suits the needs of our children who have just started school and are swimming. The property is nicely located and we hired a small car to take us to the Arenal or the old town - we also used local taxis. We really like the extra outdoor enhancements that the owners have introduced this year (BBQ, Seating etc.). In the evening the outside lights and pool lights really enhance the villa. Ralph (who manages the property) and Simone (the owner) are very communicative and responsive and our family loved staying here this year.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time. The house has everything you need to have a pleasent stay. The pool is big, the house super clean and confortable and very well located, just 5 minutes away from city center. Ralph and his team were always available for when we needed them. Hope we can come back next year!

Not quite what we expected.

This property looked lovely on the photos, in need of some renovation in parts now. Worse the advert did not say that only the ground floor of the villa was for rent, the upper floor was completely locked off as was a portion ot the rear garden. Bedrooms were small, one main bedroom room did not have a wardrobe, just a put together stand. The fourth bedroom is very small with no privacy door, just a curtain and an external door, for these reasons we would not recommend for small children or young adults. The advert did not say that one of the bathrooms was outside. Or that we would have to pay 600 euros on arrival in bond. (We did not) given all the above. The pool and gardens were lovely, as was the air con in the bedrooms.

Beautiful property, some extra attention to detail for guests needed.

This was a beautiful place to spend a holiday. A nice oasis villa, with good shade from the heat, spacious grounds and a big pool. Location and neighbourhood was great. We enjoyed exploring Javea, Moraira and Denia. Overall we had a very lovely and comfortable time as a family. In terms of feedback for the owner/manager, we felt that more attention to detail would have helped in places - a welcome/information pack for guests. Some toys for families with young children. Newer towels and linen. The towels provided were old and needed replacing (informed the manager of this). Also the AC in one room was broken but generally AC was good elsewhere. Wifi provided was adequate but not excellent. This is a great property, and would be a top five star rental, with a few minor updates and extra guest provisions.
