House "Patrai". In the district of Montañar II, in a quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden 1'000 m2 with lawn, swimming pool (5 x 9 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. Shop, supermarket, restaurant 900 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 900 m, shingle beach "Caleta" 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
4-room house 80 m2. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, digital TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, microwave, freezer). 2 baths/bidet/WC. Large terrace roofed, large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine. Parking (4 cars) at the house.
