The fully-equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and toaster. Furthermore, the chalet offers the following amenities: a garden, garden furniture, a fenced plot (800 m2), a terrace, a barbecue, a fireplace, iron, a private swimming pool, open-air car parking in the same building, and a satellite TV.

Jávea is an authentic fishing town located on Spain's Costa Blanca, in the easternmost point of the Iberian Peninsula, 100 km from Valencia (north) and 90 km from Alicante (south). The beautiful beaches of Javea's 25-km-long coastline are mainly of stone and gravel. For example, the beaches of "Gravel" and "Cala Blanca" are perfect for water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing and jet-skiing. The small bays of Portitxol and Tang with their gravel beaches are ideal for diving and snorkeling. El Arenal is the sandybeachofJavea, and in addition to bars and restaurants, you will also find facilities such as a playground for children, volleyball fields, and jet-ski and boat rentals. For sports lovers, there is plenty to do. In and around Javea you will find several golf courses: Club de Golf (9 holes) and La Sella (18 holes). Or you can play tennis on one of the tennis courts of Javea. For water sports fans there are also many possibilities. For example, you can rent a boat or go sailing. Deposit:
a refundable deposit will be required at the time of arrival, depending on the amount established for each accommodation, by means of a charge on a bank card. The deposit will be returned within 8 days after the end of the stay period. In the event of damage and/or loss to the leased property, and/or in the event of the Tenant's fault, the total amount of the damage will be subtracted from the deposit.

Cleaning costs:
If cleaning is not included, the costs will be stated and will be specified together with the rental price on the booking form.

Bed linen and towels:
Bed linen and towels are usually not included in the rental price. In some cases, you may be required after each week of your stay to exchange the bed linen and towels at the key holder’s reception desk.

Extra facilities:
In many cases you can request an extra bed, child's bed, high chair, playpen and similar, provided that you state such needs at the time of booking.

Pets:
Most property owners do not allow pets. You may keep a pet in or around the villa only with the explicit permission of the Accommodation provider stated on the booking confirmation. The Accommodation provider may require extra mandatory final cleaning costs.
