“Excellent country property overlooking a small family farm. Exceptionally clean and well cared for. The property has a large front deck as well as an extra large back deck complete with rockers, so you can sit and enjoy some morning coffee while you watch the chickens with their chicks roam the ground below. Yes, there are some roosters but we couldn't hear a peep inside the home. There were also two young cows playing in the fenced area, two horses, and some barn cats. A rustic wooden barn……

“Worked out great for our family trip. Clean and simply is exactly what we were looking for and at a fair price.”

“Space was perfect. We wished we were staying long enough to enjoy the screened porch, but we were only in for a night as we were out most of the time for a wedding at The Avery. We would stay again!”

“Perfect place for a quick getaway. Patti is an exceptional host! From the time I booked this house until we left it was a pleasure. Hope to return soon.”

“It was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Nice property with privacy.”

“Very nice stay at this property! Clean, comfortable, and as described in the listing. Good communication with host Vincent also. Would recommend if you’re in the area! ”

“This property is even more gorgeous than the pictures! This property is set off to the back from the road. So much privacy. The owner is an amazing communicator and will answer any questions you have in a timely manner. We were in town for our son's baseball tournament and this was in a great location to the ballparks. This house was everything we needed. The kitchen area is huge!! So easy to cook and move around. The rooms are very spacious and the game room and movie room were perfect for our……

“Extremely nice property! 10 minutes to the sports complex! Perfect location!”

“The property was comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was welcoming and responsive, and everything was just as described. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”

“Our family of 10 used the home as just a stop over for 1 night on a road trip. The home is exactly as advertised and the host was very helpful and responsive. There was plenty of room for our 6 adults and 4 children (ages 1,2,3 & 6).Things to know, but not a reflection of the home or host:1. This is an old home. If you don't like creaky floors or any of the other things that come with an older home, this isn't the place for you. The bathrooms and kitchen have been updated nicely and have a more……
