الفندق جيد بشكل عام ولكن واجهنا مشكلة عند الدخول حيث أن موظف الاستقبال طلب منا دفع مبلغ أكبر من قيمة الحجز وسبب لنا تأخير كثير في الدخول!!

Good and but that perfect for value of money
The hotel is good as location, but same rate can get another beautiful room in a hotel next to the beach. The hotel needs to be new furniture. The breakfast was great.

Terrible experience
Unfortunately it was very disappointing.. I will summarize my points down here: 1) the room's floor was filled of water although it was carpet 2) Tried to call the room services and the reception in the mid of the night but no one answering ( I called like 6 times) 3) they offer a kattle with 3- plugs socett and the available socett on the wall is two (and no adaptor) 4) in next day morning called the room services and finally they answered.. I have ordered tooth brushes and We wait more than hour and still no one got them.

لا يوجد احترافيه في التعامل واعطيه ٣ نجوم
للاسف تعامل سيء جدا بداية من الأمن الى الاستقبال الى خدمة الغرف . لايوجد احترافيه في التعامل مع النزيل مع العلم فندق ٥ نجوم وواجهة سياحيه وبهذا المستوى السيء . لا انصح ابدا به كفندق ولا اعطيه اكثر من ٣ نجوم

Nice location
Its a great hotel that has the best location in the red sea mall.. the only thing I didn’t like is the mattress wasn’t that good I paid over 200$ USD a night and I expected to sleep on a nice Comfortable bed but it wasnt.. other than that everything else is great

I was expecting much more open and spacious hotel. When I booked through Expedia, I got the confirmation receipt but there was an issue between hotel and Expedia which I was not aware of. The issue was never followed up by either entities. Once I reached, hotel didn’t offer me any room until I called Expedia. It took over two hours to address which was extremely inconvenient for my family. Our flight was few hours later. Once the hotel realized the issue was between hotel and Expedia - they could immediately offer us a room looking at my confirmation email (paid). Hotel could figure that out directly with Expedia. Very unhappy. I never had this experience.

Excellent Service Hospitality and Gesture
An excellent location since connected to the Red Sea mall located 5 minutes away and opposite the cornice airport only 15 mins away overall stay was great looking forward to bringing the family since it caters both as a hotel for business and as well as excellent for a family with children. The GM of the hotel is a true gentlemen and his staff are very well polished.
