Hood Canal Waterfront Home - Incredible Views, Wildlife, EV Charger, Kayaks!
10/10 Excellent
"The home was clean, well furnished, and the kitchen was well appointed and fully functional. Good communication with host. Great view as advertised, we saw sea lions and otters off the deck, as well as a variety of birds including a bald eagle who lives nearby. We had to improvise on our original plans as the closest entrance to Olympic National Park (Staircase) was closed due to the Bear Gulch Fire. Instead, we visited nearby state parks (nice trails at Lake Isabella State Park). We also loved Hama Hama Oyster Farm & Store. Get a dozen oysters in a bucket from the store and shuck them yourselves on site. Overall, a perfect low-key place to stay along the Hood Canal. "
Luxurious Retreat on Lake Cushman, Come and Enjoy!
10/10 Excellent
"It's a very nice property with an amazing view. We hope to return to truly enjoy it, as a wind change caused smoke from a nearby forest fire to swallow us up - we ended up needing to leave in less than 24 hours. Take away that infrequent twist, and I would highly recommend booking this beautiful spot!"
Lake Cushman Family Getaway-5 min walk to Lake-Pets OK-Firepit-Game Room-Kayaks!
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful time at this property! Our annual mushroom hunting trip to the area. You can tell the host took time to decorate the place, lots of big and small details that remind you of home. Beds were pretty comfortable. Decent size kitchen, lots of entertainment inside if the weather happens to be not great… but we spent most of our time outside. Looks like recently renovated house. Walking to the lake was super easy (although we hike a lot, so cannot speak for everyone), but it’s really a very minor slope walk about 5 mins from the house. And the lake was all ours for many hours, we literally did not meet a single person on our trip to the lake on a Saturday morning! Had an excellent time with our dog swimming in Lake Cushman! Warm water even though it’s the end of September. Recommend the place! I wish we could stay longer next time!"
Relaxing Cabin Adjacent Olympic National Park / Forest & Beautiful Lake Cushman!
10/10 Excellent
"This cabin was a dream to stay in. It was so quiet and peaceful, and we had everything we needed like pots and pans and such. Anytime I had a question, Debbie would respond right away. She let me know ahead of time about the nearby fires and what parks were opened.I cannot wait to return soon!"
Hood Canal, 1930's Beach Cabin. 315' Cove with Oysters!
10/10 Excellent
"Once my wife and I were amazed with all the natural environment around the cabin, the beach, the view. The cabin was especially clean and comfortable with all amenities that were provided. But the best part was access to a sauna and a hot tub. Could not have asked for more. Love this place! Will visit again in the near future."
