The breakfast was difficult as the system that sent the orders to the kitchen failed during breakfast. Bar staff was having difficulty ordering with the kitchen and had to cancel some people's orders after they'd waited for breakfast. Also, shower had lukewarm water for middle 1/3 of shower.

The hotel was great as always. My only request would be multiple coffee machines in the lobby. Otherwise, it's perfect. Room is clean and spacious, bed is sooooo comfortable. I wish I had their sheets. You can't beat the walkability of the hotel, just a block off the Vista!

The check in staff were awesome and she was a joy to meet. The bathroom has water damage on tje door and it is in need of replacement. Would be nice to have a spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was too firm for me.
