The front-desk staff set the tone immediately - professional, welcoming, and efficient. The signature warm cookie at arrival is a simple touch, but it’s emblematic of their attention to detail and customer care. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. My room was spacious, quiet, and spotless, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. Wi-Fi was strong throughout the property, and the housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work. The on-site restaurant and lounge deserve special mention - the breakfast buffet was generous and fresh, and dinner options were top-tier for a hotel setting. Service was attentive without being intrusive. Location-wise, this property strikes the perfect balance: close enough to downtown Pittsburgh for quick access to meetings or events, yet just far enough out to offer a quieter, more relaxed environment. Free parking and easy highway access are major pluses. The indoor pool and fitness area are clean and inviting - great for unwinding after a long day. Conference and meeting spaces are also well-equipped, making this an ideal spot for both business and leisure travel. Bottom line: DoubleTree Green Tree sets the standard for comfort, service, and hospitality in the Pittsburgh area. I’ll absolutely stay here again on my next trip.

Dinner or breakfast — worst service EVER. We were seated and not given water or drinks for over 5 minutes. Typically we would get up and ask if everything was okay, but the manager and 2 servers were literally in front of us the whole time.
