"First time travelers to Jeonju and extremely impressed. For us, we traveled with a toddler and chose the traditional room which was beautiful and fully stocked with all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the floor mattress provided for our toddler. The cleaning crew was very kind and helpful to remove trash in regular basis (diapers) while also trying to prioritize sustainability and not being wasteful. We also utilized the laundry units which the staff helped us too. The location was central and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping districts. The restaurant on first floor was great for breakfast and we also dined at the rooftop bar. The food both places was wonderful and tasty. Overall very pleased and will be staying again. Highly recommend."

"In the evening, the room was quite warm, and I tried to turn on the air conditioning, but because it is an integrated system, the hotel said it could not start the air-conditioning until later in the month . It suggested that I turned down the heat and open the window."

"Property was very clean and well maintained. Interesting to have heated floor with A/C on ceiling. No breakfast was given. One concern is cyber security. Each room has its own WiFi without password protection."

"Enjoyable stay. Room was clean, and the staff were courteous. Where I needed help (getting a cab, directions), the staff went above and beyond to help. I spoke very little Korean, and they worked to help me in English. I needed to make changes to my reservation to add guests, and they were quick to accommodate my needs. Room was cleaned daily, and they stocked my fridge with waters for each day. My stay was a long one for my travels, and they made sure it was home for me for the duration."
