A beautiful architect-designed beach front property located upwind from the untamed beach of Prea, Brazil, in the perfect location for an idyllic luxury getaway in a stunning setting. The accommodation comprises 3 Double en-suites, 3 additional bedrooms (+ 2 more bathrooms), spacious living and dining areas, and kite surfing cleaning and storage areas beneath the house. Hammocks and relaxing areas are in abundance, and the view is of the sea in front of you, and the dunes behind you. With a private swimming pool, the house offers an exclusive break for kitesurfers and non-kitesurfers alike.

A house manager is on site to fulfil your every whim, be it cocktails at sunset or a morning massage, horseback riding or a kite surfing trip down to Jericoacoara, the world famous windsurfing resort town. Book your flight into Fortaleza, Ceara, and our manager will take care of everything else, starting with your transfer to the house, and including everything from massages to childcare. And our private chef prepares all your meals, to ensure you have nothing at all to think about while you are on holiday.

If you're a keen kite surfer or just learning, you will love having your own private stretch of the sea, upwind from the other kite surfing schools so no-one is crossing your path, and if you need some instruction we can provide teachers directly at the house. Fantastic down winders can be arranged, starting at the house and ending anywhere from 12km to 40km away! The beach buggies follow you all the way and ensure your safety, and take you home in time for dinner and drinks on the balcony. If members of your party aren't kite surfing, the beach itself is a beautiful nature retreat and can be enjoyed by running, horse riding, yoga on the balcony or just long strolls. Trips to the beautiful lagoons are available, and the nearby town of Jericoacoara has a thriving shopping area, with everything from jewellery to hammocks and Hawaiians. Or of course relax by the pool, in a hammock, or in any of the generously proportioned living areas.

Whatever your tastes, whether you're a kite surfer, ocean lover, party animal or avid reader, beach house Prea can provide you with the perfect holiday. Once you've kicked off your shoes and drunk your first caipirinha on the balcony, you're not going to want to leave.

Exquisite. The perfect citylife antidote
I had very little preconception of what to expect, other than a friends recommendation of "trust me and go". The house could not be better situated to capture the fresh breeze from the ocean, the nature, peace and quiet. We had fish bbq nights in the evenings, watched the stars at night and either kitesurfed or spent some serious hammock times during the day. Jericoacoara was fun too, with sunset drinks and SUPing generally part of our program. We were a group of singles but this would also make a fantastic family house. Beautiful craftmanship throughout the house - I would recommend my room (with a seahorse picture). I will be back ..

JUST PERFECT!
Beach House Prea is jus PERFECT in every sense! The location on the beach, the architecuture, the maintenance and the details of the house are wonderful! All the staff is amazing, clean and so friendly! The food and the cook are SO great! Just ideal for kitesurfing families! went with my 3 kids of 8, 11 and 13. Unforgettable experience!
Beach House Preà is an amazing base for some of the best kitesurfing in the world. I had the pleasure of staying here for close to two weeks, and was incredibly well looked after from start to finish. Transportation to house was arranged for me in advance, and I was met at Fortaleza airport and delivered safely 'home' by a very pleasant driver, Dannielle. Whilst at the house I had access to a beach buggy, which allowed me to explore up and down the beach, and into Jeri, about 30 min away. The house itself has been extremely well designed and executed. It is incredibly private, spacious and comfortable. There is a wonderful team - who in addition to preparing all the meals in-house to a high standard (featuring organic local produce, including freshly caught fish, in fact, you'll see the fishermen going out in the mornings), service the house daily, maintain the grounds and provide 24-hour security. There are all the mod cons necessary, including high speed wifi. The real draw to this area is the fantastic kitesurfing, and this house is set up specifically to minimise any hassle. Kite launch is on the beach outside, and even early in the season when I visited, in June, I was able to kite every day. No hazards on or off the beach. There is a kite wash down area by the pool, and plenty of secure equipment storage available. Once you've packed down, the pool allows you to cool off after your session, taking in the incredible views. I've kited all over the world, but never before had the opportunity to just wander off the deck, rig up and hit the water in 5 minutes flat. This means there's no pressure to stay out for as long as possible for any given session, as you can come in, have a break and drink of coconut water from the grounds, and then get there again with minimum fuss. I cannot recommend Beach House Preà highly enough, awesome kite venue in a luxury beach house, what more could you ask for?!

Dream House!
É quase impossível descrever em palavra o que é a Beach House. Não é um hotel, não é uma pousada, é quase a extensão da nossa casa... O tratamento que eu e minha família tivemos durante nossa estadia foi simplesmente magnífico desde o momento do booking. A Sanna sempre uma fofa respondendo à todas as nossas dúvidas bem rapidinho, depois o Lucas (gerente da BH) também foi super prestativo antes mesmo da nossa chegada, organisando o translado. Mesmo durante a nossa estadia, o Lucas esteve sempre à nossa disposicão para atender às nossa vontades, inclusive as de última hora... nada ficou para trás. Na casa, a Maria cozinhava com todo o carinho do mundo para nós, ainda tratou de fazer um cházinho para ajudar numa gripe generalizada que se instalou no nosso grupo... uma fofa, muito carinhosa! Diana, sempre prestativa, deixava a casa em ordem para nossa próxima bagunca, além de um bate papo muito gostoso... Os rapazes que cuidam da casa, jardim e nossa seguranca (que me perdoem, mas eu não me recordo os nomes agora) nos protegiam 24hrs por dia. E o Spike, o gato mascote da casa, que de tão doce quase que veio parar na Suécia escondido em nossas malas, é um capítulo à parte ;) Ninguém acredita quando contamos que ele ía para o portão nos receber depois dos passeios. Acho que ele nunca entendeu ao certo que é um gato e não um cão... A casa em si é extremamente confortável de quartos amplos e bem ventilados, sem a menor necessidade de ventiladores ou ar-condicionados. A sala é ampla conjugada com uma super varanda com uma bela vista para o mar, onde à noite podemos deitar nas redes para observar as estrelas ou simplesmente tirar um cochilo ao som das ondas. Se tiver com calor, ou bater aquela preguica de caminhar todos aqueles 100 metros até o mar, você pode dar um belo mergulho na piscina que fica no anexo da casa rodeada por um belo jardim. A natureza ao redor é deslumbrante, e acordar ao som dos beija-flores e outros pássaros é uma experiência e tanto... O mar é um pouco agitado devido aos ventos, que por sua vez são perfeitos para a prática do Kite surfing, mas a temperatura é morna e bem convidativa para um mergulho. A região é rodeada por belas dunas perfeitas para um ski-bunda improvisado e/ou belíssimas fotos... Sentindo vontade de sair de casa, coisa que eu duvido, Jericoacoara fica bem próxima e vale a visita. Tem ainda as lagoas Paraíso e Azul que também não podem ser esquecidas. Basta falar com o Lucas que ele organiza tudo... Já voltaremos!

Beach House Prea, where you can talk with the sky and touch the stars I had the opportunity to stay at the Beach House Prea in June 2014, when Brazil was subject to the hectic and colourful World Cup atmosphere. After few days traveling across Brazil, arriving at the House in Prea in Ceara was a welcoming treat. Beach House Prea is a wonderful house built with taste and respect for the environment. However, what makes the visit at BHP truly special is the state of mind that it reflects. The location is breath taking and the staff, discrete and professional, enhances your stay there. The food, which includes an unforgettable homemade breakfast bread, respects the local culinary tradition, yet without excluding imagination. All these qualities create a lovely sense of balance that helps you appreciate the breath of the wind and the beautiful sunlight. Located on the beach, BHP is a paradise for kite surfers and lovers of the ocean. Nevertheless, the famous village of Jericoacoara is only a short Buggy run from the house and its streets offer the perfect atmosphere for those to look to have fun, and wander around looking for a good drink. Regardless of the type of vacation, you will always be happy to return home in the evening, with a cool breeze to lie to the hammock to, enjoy the night sky and just… touch the stars!
