"My husband and I travelled through on a motorbike and stayed at the Alpine Gables Resort. We were greeted very friendly and received an unexpected upgrade to a river view room which was just beautiful. We had dinner at the Brumby and enjoyed the entertainment of open mic friday night. "Outstanding accommodation if you don't mind a shared bathroom. That said, the bathrooms, male and female, were spacious and super clean with individual, lockable cubicles for privacy. Bedrooms are also spacious with extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast is provided and choice of continental or hot breakfast cooked to your order. The hosts could not have been more pleasant or helpful. We arrived very late at night and our rooms were ready and waiting with the keys inside and the heaters on to make them toasty warm on a cold night! For a budget conscientious family or individuals, you can't go past the Kookaburra Ski Inn at Jindabyne!"
