This two storey, three bedroom townhouse features open plan living with a large kitchen/ dining/ living area, two bathrooms (one with spa bath), double lock-up garage and boasts reverse-cycle air conditioning, an Espressotoria coffee pod machine, Wifi, and WII console with games. Silvertrees 4 is the perfect spot for the ski trip with the family, fishing with your mates in summer or even a cheeky trip away with the girls!

The full size kitchen has every thing you need for a great trip away including plenty of Champagne and wine glasses, and there is also a weber bbq on the deck for outside cooking. The master bedroom with a king size bed is located on the top level with ensuite. Located on the ground floor are Bedroom 2 which has a queen size bed and Bedroom 3 that consists of a single bed and a tri bunk and a TV.

This property offers reverse cycle A/C in the living / kitchen area, electric panel heaters in the bedrooms and underfloor heating in both bathrooms.

Ideal for families or groups of friends, this accommodation is a great choice for both summer and winter. In close proximity to all shops, restaurants and Lake Jindabyne, guests can enjoy walks along the foreshore, fishing, water sports, horse riding and mountain bike riding throughout the Snowy Mountains summer. Alternatively it is a mere 30 minutes to the ski resorts of Perisher and Thredbo to enjoy all that winter brings.
