"Korean style mattresses can be a little hard for westerners, but the rooms, staff, facilities, amd area are all so amazing that its easy to overlook a harder mattress than i am used to! Wonderful stay!"

"Bathroom door was broken and unable to close properly. Door between hallway and room was broken and woukd be flimsy while opening and closing. Beds were hard and springy. Extremely uncomfortable. "Daily house keeping" consisted of towel replacements and a few water bottles daily. Had to tell staff on mulitple occasions to take away the garbage. Walls were very thin and can hear units next to us. "

"그냥 일반 주택가에 주택을 개조해 만든 겁니다. 걸어서 다닐만한 주변 관광지도 없고 관광객으로서 마땅히 식사할만한 곳도 없습니다 사진과 달리 너무 작고 솔직히 지불한 금액이 아깝습니다 관광이든 휴양이든 하실 분이라면 다른 곳을 택하셔야 할 듯 합니다"

"Only stayed here 1 night, but it was a memorable one! The husband & wife we're excellent, kind hosts & made us feel welcomed from the start. It wasn't included but they made us breakfast in the morning anyways, which was truly appreciated. They made us feel like we were part of their family. It was a shame we didn't stay longer."

"온수 풀 좋았고 숙소도 아늑했어요. 다만 오래 머물렀는데 수건을 문앞에 갔다주는거 외에는 따로 청소 서비스는 없었고 나갈때 쓰레기통을 숙박객에게 비우고 가라고 하는건 저렴한 숙소도 아닌데 좀 너무한 거 같아요."

"도착 무더운 첫날, 에어컨이 동작하지 않아 애를 먹었습니다. 알고보니, 벽에있는 콘트롤러를 함께 작동해야 되는 것이었는데..제대로 안내가 되지 않아 전화를 걸어 신고를 하고서야 문제가 해결되었습니다. 다음은 TV 리모콘의 건전지가 다 닳아서 작동이 되지 않아 다음 날, 조치 받았습니다. 또한 방에 설치되어있는 와이파이가 제대로 작동하지 않아, 컴퓨터를 개인 스마트폰 핫스팟으로 해결하였고, 다음날 신고를 해서 오후 늦게 설치기사가 나와 임시로 개통하였습니다. 총체적으로, 손님이 바뀔 때, 기존 시설에 대한 점검을 하고, 새로운 손님을 받아야 하는데, 그런 부분에서 제대로 관리가 되지 않습니다. 스위스 마을의 랜드마크인 시계탑의 시계가 시간이 맞지 않은 채 방치되어 있고, 각 동의 1층의 상점 영업이 전혀 이루어지지 않는 것으로 보아, 코로나의 후유증이기도 하겠으나, 단지 자체가 관리가 되지 않고 죽어가고 있는 듯 합니다. 묵지는 마시고 사진이나 몇 장 찍는 것으로 방문하시기 바랍니다."
