Excellent communication. Tom, our host, was always attentive to our needs, ensuring we enjoyed the property and its amenities without being intrusive. The property is peaceful, with no neighbors other than nature. The cabin is cozy, spacious, and beautiful. We will definitely be frequent guest.

This place is amazing. Two king bedrooms with en suite baths. Four twins in loft upstairs. Very private. Would absolutely revisit! Thanks Tom!

Misleading photos

River is not swimmable. It is dried up from drought and overgrown with plants. Not recommended unless you just want somewhere boring to sleep in Johnson City.
