Room was clean but the hotel itself needs some updating. Pillows were terrible

The Kindler Hotel is truly a hidden gem in Lincoln! My husband and I stayed here while we were in town for a concert, and our entire experience was beyond exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, incredibly clean, and the rooms are gorgeous with so much attention to detail. The service was outstanding from start to finish. We also loved the bar. The drinks were amazing, and the staff made the experience even better. We especially appreciated the extra snack options available in the mini bar area in our room. We will 100% stay at The Kindler again the next time we’re in Lincoln. Such a great find and absolutely recommend!

Front of house Staff was amazing, the room was clean and beautifully renovated with a huge tv and lovely coaching area. There was plenty of exits in and out of the building from the back of the building to the front straight out to the car park. Only thing heavily disappointing was that one of the nights/day the cleaning staff only changed minimal effort like emptied the bin but completely left both our beddings how they were and didn’t change towels… So strange and made us feel like we left a poor tip on the bed since they took it the night before but not the next with minimal effort…

Hotel is going through renovations which aren’t finished yet. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was comfortable. Lobby needs some updates. Didn’t use the pool but it was open. Quiet part of town.

All was good with the exception of street noise, could not sleep due to cars and motorcycles zooming and racing until 4 a.m.. Hotel can not control this; request an interior unit away from city view if possible.
