The Treasury building is gorgeous. Full of character and brilliantly located. The room was huge, the bathroom clean and modern and the king size bed was super comfy. The staff at reception were ver friendly and helpful. So was concierge. My only negative comment goes towards the bar/restaurant. We stopped in to view the menu and ask about closing times. We went back 30 minutes before closing for a cuppa but was told that they don't serve coffee after 6.30pm. We were unimpressed by this. Plus the aura of the staff member was unpleasant so we both decided that we didn't want to support the venue.
