There were several areas that need attention, spider webs around doors & windows, dried leaves around entrance (a leaf blower works great!), large garbage can near entrance is a big NO-NO! Old musty smell is a turn-off! One kitchen towel & bathroom towels were insufficient! and such inexpensive amenities! Decor was smart, furniture was comfortable, bed linens nice.
