Viajes a Jozani Todo Incluido Vuelo + Hotel

Unfortunately, our two-week stay was quite disappointing, mainly due to the food and poor organisation. The biggest problem was that there simply wasn’t enough food for all the guests. The menu was very limited at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. At first, we thought we were arriving too late, but even when we started coming earlier, there was still not enough food and very little choice. We have stayed at many hotels in Zanzibar, and we have never experienced anything like this before. I find this unacceptable and disrespectful to the guests. There were also other management issues. The hotel forgot about a birthday celebration, and when we reminded them, a cake was prepared in just five minutes. This was extremely disappointing and, in our opinion, completely unacceptable for such a special occasion. At the end of our stay, an additional charge was added to our bill that should not have been there. We had to question and clarify the charge, which was another unpleasant experience. The staff themselves were friendly and helpful, and we have no complaints about them. The main problems seem to be with the management and overall organisation of the hotel. The second beach also needs renovation. There are many stones at the entrance to the sea, making it very difficult and uncomfortable to walk barefoot. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the management needs to make significant improvements in food availability, organisation, attention to guests, and maintenance of the be

Hermoso Hotel y servicio.

The rooms and the grounds are sooo nice and well maintained and cutie. As far as nungwi goes you can get slightly better locations. The food at the restaurant there is SO overpriced for how basic it is. They should change their menu/prices, multiple other guests had that complaint as well. The prices the owner has for excursions are super overpriced so ask anybody else when you’re there for a better deal to do things. The WiFi goes out a lot on the north side of the island and often times when I would get back to the hotel there would be no WiFi or electricity or water. There was no hot water here twice. I woke up one morning with no charge on my phone cause no electricity throughout the night.

Weak Wifi connection. Other than that a nice hotel and good location.

Excelente todo!
