Bed was soft, breakfast option were minimal but coffee and waffles were great! The rooms are a little out dated but still good. Maybe invest in mold removal for the corners of showerwall !!! The guest services kept our room clean and towels stocked. It’s in a great location for eating and shopping and not too far from the city! This is my 2nd this yr!

The location is great, walkable to sights and dining. Great views if facing lake side, property well-staffed and felt very safe, front desk and other staff excellent. The only downside is I didn't feel the beds were as clean as they could be - I switched rooms after initial room given due to liquid stain extending from bed sheet to bed skirt (meaning the bed sheet had not been changed); second room seemed to have new sheets but bed skirt was not clean. This made me anxious about the level of cleaning performed between room occupancies. I'd probably stay again but bring disposal bed linen.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had amazing views of the city. The location was perfect—walking distance to so many Chicago attractions, great restaurants, and shopping. The amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail really made our trip extra special. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago!
