Fabulous!

Excellent Stay!We stayed at this condo for a week and had a great experience. The unit was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and located in a fantastic area—close to everything we needed. Check-in and communication were smooth, and we had zero issues throughout our stay. We would definitely book this property again and recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic condo in Maui on the beach with phenomenal views.

Great place to stay

We had a great time here. The location is perfect for activities we were interested in. Whale watching, 4 wheeling and swimming. There were lots of places to eat around the condos with great food.

Best stay ever

The property was absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the ocean. The host was always responding quickly to any questions we had and the mid week clean up was a nice touch. We would stay there again!

Paradise

Beautiful place with very nice furniture and fixtures/daily living implements. The location relative to laid back bar, beach, super fun pools, snorkeling were all A. We saw pods of dolphins just chilling on the beach. Nice beqch. Highly recommend for a wide range of ages.

Amazing!!!

Absolutely perfect! The owner was very responsive to all communication, very generous and accommodating to special requests. Plenty of room for 3 couples to spread out and not feel like they are on top of each other. We could not be happier with our stay. We watched whales daily from the huge lanai. The property amenities were fabulous. Location is perfect for all the activities we wanted to do. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely rent this condo again and have already recommended it to friends. Simply fabulous!!

Family trip with a surprise engagement!

We have stayed at the Honua Kai 7 times in the past several Years, and will look no further for the best unit and owner/managers to rent from! Evelyn was an amazing host and had had the most comfortable unit we’ve ever stayed in. The views are incredible and a given, but the condo has everything you could ask for. It was our best and most comfortable vacation spot yet!

We had a fabulous time in Maui! This condo was just like the pictures, clean, everything working with incredible views from the balcony. I had several communications with the owner prior to the trip and she was very responsive. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Amazing!

This is the perfect property for a family! The views are gorgeous. We love the Honua Kai resort and have been staying there for 10 years, and this unit was our favorite one yet! The property manager/owner was so great, and was always available. I plan on booking this again in the future. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful property

We came to Maui with 6 adults and this property was a perfect fit. We each had our own rooms/bathrooms plus space to enjoy time together. The view is amazing and the condo is close to everything. The property manager was very responsive when we had just couple of questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay!

We recently stayed at this property and we can’t express enough how amazing it is. The property is spacious, clean, and is stocked with kitchen supplies and beach day needs.in addition to the beautiful property, we were in awe of the many whales we, saw each day from the lanai. The property has an awesome restaurant (Duke’s) nearby on site and is beautifully maintained. The owner is super prompt in responding to all questions and is a very pleasant person to interact with. She does anything she can to make your stay the best it can be, and we highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a place to stay!

Happy new year!

Our first VRBO and a fantastic overall experience. The layout of the residence is great for 3 couples. The unit is well appointed (beach chairs, a travel cooler and kitchen with everything), and nicely decorated for a Hawaiian feel. The host was super responsive and friendly. Honua Kai pools, beach, and amenities (ABC store on site, coffee place, Dukes, and super close to the beach) can't be beat.

Phenomenal Property

This is an absolutely beautiful property! The condo has 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen was appointed with high-end (Viking) appliances and had everything we needed to cook during our stay. The living area was comfortable and spacious. We had a group of 7, which included 4 adults and 3 children, and never felt cramped. The outdoor grill and patio was perfect for morning coffee breaks while watching the whales and enjoying outdoor dinners. The location could not be beat! We had expansive ocean views and were right next to one of the best snorkeling beaches! The pools at the property were super fun and having poolside service from Duke’s was super convenient! Our host was very kind and extremely responsive. This was one of the best vacations we have ever taken.

An absolutely perfect condo with a gracious host

We had an absolutely perfect stay at H450. First, Evelyn is a wonderful owner. She was incredibly responsive and answered all my questions immediately. We average about 40 nights a year in VRBO and Evelyn is by far the most gracious and responsive owners. We can't wait to go back. The condo is perfection. We stayed with 6 adults and a 2 year old. The views are unmatched and the balcony was so enjoyable. It was nice being on the 4th floor – we were high enough to see sweeping views but not so far away from pools and the beach. The kitchen is a dream and has absolutely everything from gourmet pans and knives to every tool you need. Not only is everything there, it is all top of line. The dishes are beautiful and there are plenty of settings. The condo is also well equipped with baby items and all the beach and pool toys you could possibly need. The bedrooms are huge with comfortable beds and luxurious baths. It truly feels like you are staying in a friend’s glamorous condo – and Evelyn is part of that feeling. This resort is also wonderful for families. This is our second trip and it checks all the boxes. A wonderful beach, pools, slides, and Dukes. While the property is expansive it rarely feels crowded because it has so many pools. Finally, for those concerned about the recent fire and impacts. We felt very welcomed at all restaurants and stores. We were encouraged to see the progress on rebuilding,

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Our family (7 people) LOVED our vacation in Maui. The condo was spacious and beautiful. 3 full baths, tons of room, comfy beds, AMAZING porch overlooking the ocean. We made many meals using grill right on deck. Also enjoyed eating at Dukes which was steps away from the condo. The pool and beach were also amazing. Best part - Evelyn - the owner - was so helpful and responsive. Honestly felt like she truly cared about us and our comfort and enjoyment. Really hope we get to return one day.
