Oceanfront and Sunset Views: Beautiful remodeled Ground Floor Condo - The Mahana

The property and its breathtaking views were already spectacular, but it's now even better thanks to a recent remodel. From the exquisite Travertine flooring and luxury mattresses to numerous activities and pool use, this oceanfront Maui property offers everything you could want in a relaxing vacation. Between the sunrises and sunsets, Mother Nature also puts on one incredible show that you don't want to miss.

This ground floor condo offers easy access to the ocean. Step out of the sliding doors, cross the lanai onto a grassy area that's ideal for sunbathing, walk down a few steps, and you're in the sand. Swimming, snorkeling, and other beach activities are just moments from your door. In addition to the pool and ocean, other outdoor features you'll get to enjoy include stretching out on the chaise lounge chairs, relaxing in the hot tub, or doing a little grilling at one of two BBQ areas. There's also a beachfront walkway that stretches several miles and makes the perfect setting for a stroll any time of the day. Desire outdoor dining? The oceanfront lanai is perfect for enjoying a meal with a view.

There's something extra special about the Mahana condos: the views. The living room offers panoramic ocean views via the floor-to-ceiling windows, an excellent feature if you love watching sailboats in the distance or want to see the sun dip below the horizon. As for the bedroom, you'll find an attached lanai where you can experience gorgeous views and delicate breezes with your morning coffee. The bedroom has a king-size bed with a luxury Pillowtop mattress, a ceiling fan, and a 40-inch flat screen LCD TV. The unit has central air conditioning.

The living area features a plush sofa that movie-watching dreams are made of, so feel free to have a seat, put your feet up, and turn on the 47-inch flat screen LCD TV. The sofa also converts into a queen bed. The side chair swivels allowing you to be part of the conversation in the living area or turn to view the ocean. Sliding doors open to the covered lanai creating an opportunity to let in the salty ocean air during a beautiful evening. Don't forget the snacks! The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your convenience.

Whales arrive around December and leave about April, so get excited for whale watching! It's not uncommon during this time to see whale spouts and spot these magnificent animals leaping out of the water. Watch from the condo or take a whale watching boat tour from the local marina.

Quite a few eateries, including Duke's Beach House restaurant, are located nearby. Mahana is centrally located, just a short drive to a wide range of shops and restaurants, including those in Whalers Village and in Old Lahaina Town.
Speaking of getting out and exploring the area, just some of the many activities you can do that are within close proximity include golfing, parasailing, jet skiing, zip-lining, going snorkeling at Molokini Crater, and attending luaus. You can also take a scenic drive to Hana and the Haleakala Crater, go on a hike along the Kapalua Coastal Trail, and visit the historic homes and the banyan tree in Lahaina.

Our unit is in the Molokai Tower. Roof upgrade is in the other building (Lanai Tower) and is not scheduled to impact our building until April 2025.
