"Hotel reasonably close to the airport. Booked a two bedroom, two bath apartment for me and parents. First allotted one had a questionable nicotine odor though it was a non smoking room. Front desk was quick to change the room after we notified them. Really nice of them to do that immediately. All staff were very polite and genuinely hospitable. Food was good at Cafe mercara and Madras pavilion. The Madras pavilion buffet is good but not great. Also the buffets gets crowded at any meal and can be noisy during peak hours. For a hotel this big, I felt the gym was small and no indoor stationery bikes either. Would definitely stay here again since I am a Marriott member, although I would check the other similar hotels in this category too. "

"Room was v clean. Staff were v courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet was really good and had a lot of varieties. Overall, an excellent experience. We will definitely visit here in the future."
