The property was very clean and well put together. The host maintained communication through out the stay and answered any questions. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
Room is just fit for two, neat and nice. Like the public hot bath on second floor, definitely soothe the tiredness after long sightseeing day. Not happy with the compulsory room clean up on the 4th day which front staff did not mentioned particularly. They just put that info on the magnet on ...
Nice modern hotel in a good location at the heart of the action in Shinjuku. Deck access to landmark Godzilla Head. Staff were all very friendly and ready to help. Double room very narrow and small.
Very good location. Convenient for sightseeing and shopping.
Very convenient location (very close to Shinagawa Station) and a variety of conveniences nearby/in hotel.
Location was very close to attractions and close to subway lines.
Great location (just a few minutes from either Shinjuku or Shinjuku-sanchome stations), breakfast buffet, plenty of restaurants / convenience stores nearby. The room itself was very nice, but expect a smaller than usual (even for Tokyo) bathroom. That being said, there’s a bit more space in the room ...
All the amenities they provided each day! Plus the vending machines they had indoors. Everything you really needed plus its in a great location.
