The front manager id very rude and he is screaming on his colleagues inform of customers its so annoying. The way he requested me for checkout time is also very rude i will not consider this property to stay again.

The property is not well maintained. The tub floor was, walls were in disrepair. The shower handle fell off. There was initially brown water that came in the shower. The floor in the bedroom was not cleaned. The rooms were not maintained in terms of paint etc.

Dont even try this

Nothing was working in the room - TV, phone. We requested 3 beds and they put a bed on the floor. Rude staff. they did not even help eith my luggsge.

People are friendly and helpful in the hotel. The hotel booking system should be flexible. we should be able to add or subtract days from the original booking. It should not be a pre-paid booking. I stayed in this hotel for a stretch of 26-days. Doing 3-4 days prepaid booking. which was not a good feeling.

So so hotel for a star price.

One of the main issues I faced is the mosquitoes in the room. When I complained the management put all out in the room. But it is odd that there were mosquitoes in the room in a star hotel. The TV remotes do not work because the batteries are dead and they do not put new batteries. They bring remote from another room which is also low in batteries. It worked for a day and then again the same problem. The surrounding area is not great.

one of the better hotels in town for comfort.

It was a pleasant and a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the hospitality and the food as well.I would certainly recommend this hotel to any one planning a visit to Kakinada. All the best and keep it up.

Nice, spacious rooms with desk, refrigerator. Snacks provided along with tea & coffee.Good restaurant, especially good buffet. Staff helpful.
