I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, one of the bathrooms had black mold and the shower head head was dirty and had green mildew on it. The worker used a hand towel to try to clean the shower with some over the counter cleaner which she tried to hand to me to clean. She also told me they would take money off my room for the dirty shower all the dust on the furniture. They did not take anything off. I am a Hilton Honors member and will be reporting up the chain.
