Room was always clean and spacious. Cleaners excellent as well as all staff, (reception and restaurant) all friendly. Food was good at breakfast and quick service. Really enjoyed our stay.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt cared for and appreciated. A very special thank you to Kiki, whose kindness, professionalism, and positive energy stood out every single day. She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service is what transforms a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Vertali did exactly that. This boutique hotel is a gem in the mountains. The staff are outstanding and make your stay worth every minute. They are attentive, friendly, helpful, and proactive at all times. The surrounding views are incredible and this is the ultimate quiet escape away from the crowds. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel and I look forward to returning.

The location is really great and the hotel is lovely. The staff are incredible- friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Did not like the smell of the water in the toilet. I imagine it has to do with the water being recycled (grey water) and for such an expensive hotel to not replenish water bottles daily was a surprise. Everything else was fantastic.

The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It felt as if we were visiting family. The room was beautiful and clean. We loved our stay and would go back.
