“Didn’t hear from host until I finally asked for info to access apartment the day before we departed on long flight from CA. Host asked for my email address broken out in user name and then separate message with email host (gmail etc) and also wanted my cell # number before he would provide access indicating it was because of VRBOs messaging system. This was confusing and delayed getting info. Never had to do this before with any other vrbos. Didn’t get all info till 2hrs before arrival with……

“This experience was challenging, because the flat we were in was nice, however we had many snags. The first was that the property in this listing is not what we got. They contacted us to rent a similar property in the same location, which we agreed to. I had specifically asked about laundry availability, as this was an important part of our trip. I was assured we would have it. The check in process it a bit laborious if you have been traveling all day- you have to go to a convenience store on……

“Great experience. Alfred is a very helpful, responsive and attentive owner. Large apartment. Very clean. Love the neighborhood. Diversity of people, great casual restaurants, especially Indian, and location very convenient. Just a 10 minute walk to train station and an easy mile walk to many sites.

“The appartment was reasonably clean and complete.But we think it is not suitable for four adults.We miss two chairs and the sofa is very soft and low and too smal.We also miss a place to put our luggage.Also it would be nice te have a place to dry the towels.And one set of keys is unhandy with 4 adults.We can see that the owner did everething to make it comfortabel, but still we think it is too small for four adults.Despite of that we had a nice stay in Oslo.”
