Property was easily accessible and was welcomed by polite and courteous staff upon arrival. Everything was explained to me as I was only an overstay prior to a long drive across the Nullabour. Room was comfortable and early departure good.

Bed was comfy, room was clean, would have been nice to have a microwave or toaster at least. Security gate panel was hard to read at night, luckily another guest was able to let us in, swiped room card to open gate for rear parking, didnt work, so had to park out front. Lovely stay, but wouldnt stay again as hard to access after 9pm

Needs some TLC

The rooms could do with refurbishing, very old and worn. Cleanliness was below average - surface grime and mould in the bathroom, hair in the shower, dust and dirt in the corners of bathroom. Inside the bathroom cabinet was filthy. The hair dryer was broken. The reverse cycle wouldn’t work on the heating option for very long before turning cold.

Liked that it was close to town. Room faced car park which was full of workers who were up from 4-30am. So not much sleep. No brochures in reception and visitor centre closed so unable to plan next day activities. Receptionist not helpful. Bed comfortable. Shower great. Room good.
