"I booked and paid to reserve a smoking room. Upon check in I was told that there were not any smoking rooms available. I opted to stay in a non-smoking room. I then was told that I had to pay a $20 cash deposit. I had no cash so had to find an ATM in the area that wouldn’t charge me $5, to use it. That don’t happen. So in short I don’t really save any money by booking online. The room was $10 cheaper but with the deposit, I ended up paying $17 more for it including the ATM fees. Once we got to the room the television didn’t work. We called the front desk and they sent a man to the room. He couldn’t figure it out. After the next shift arrived we called again. The man that came to the room, was upfront with us. Told us that this was the first time he had heard that the tv didn’t work. No communication throughout staff. Then we weren’t even able to switch rooms, bowler did they offer us any compensation for the broken TV. "

"Great value for the money. Everything was clean and working properly. Breakfast options were good, especially yogurt. Milk in the breakfast area was slightly curdled but seemed fresh enough. Toilet in our room was very loud to flush, but in general this hotel was very quiet and peaceful."

"I enjoy coming here when I visit family in Lima. The huge spacious lobby with pool and games makes for a nice atmosphere to get together. The rooms are also updated and clean. Glad to have a quick breakfast in the morning too."
