“I loved this place! My dog and I had super bright and clean accommodations, and the host seemed welcoming. My favorite part was the series of paths that were mowed in the field adjacent to our cottage - my dog and I were able to get some much-needed exercise after a long drive, and I was so grateful for that. I would absolutely return to this spot again and again - it felt secure and was quiet. Oh - and the bed? Very comfy.”

“We enjoyed our weekend at the Stone Cottage. We had plenty of room as there were two of us and it sleeps twelve. It's tastefully decorated for Christmas and felt really cozy, especially when the gas fireplace was on. “This was a great place to stay while in Hocking Hills! This was my second time staying here and will definitely book it again in a heartbeat. “Plenty of outdoor space, wonderful, wraparound porch with furniture, gas grill and hot tub. Great indoor fireplace, there was firewood available for a small fee and plenty of it on the porch (might want to bring some newspapers for kindling). There is an outdoor fire pit too although it was a bit too rainy for us to try to use. The host is very responsive. The cabin is clean and cozy. “While Geneva On The Lake is usually a summer tourist spot, we figured we'd try it for a winter holiday stay. It was very nice! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Matt had someone right out to salt the walkways and was very helpful in getting us situated when we were having trouble finding the place. Not everything you can do in the summer will be open in the winter but a lot was open. And we had a nice time in the place. They even decorated for the holidays! Nice trip and we hope to……

"We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
