### Snail shell cottage - snail shell cottage

The stylish holiday home offers with its 110m ² enough space to relax for up to 6 people. Through the large windows you expect light-flooded, bright rooms. The living / dining room leaves nothing to be desired. It is furnished with a cozy sitting area, a TV and a DVD player. The built-in kitchen is high quality with dishwasher, stove (ceramic hob), oven, toaster, coffee maker and. V. M. The utility room has a washing machine and a tumble dryer at your disposal. A guest toilet is still on the ground floor. Upstairs are all 3 bedrooms (1x double bed, with adjustable slatted frame, 1x sofa bed about 1.40 m x 2.00 m + TV incl. DVD player), 2x single bed (0,90m x 2,00m) and a large bath. For the ?Small? Guests are provided with a travel cot and a high chair in the house. Furthermore, a lot of children's toys and games collections. The large property offers enough space for your car (outdoor parking space) and a lockable shed as garaging for bicycles etc ..  
  
Built in 2011, the "snail shell" is located in one of the most attractive locations along the Baltic Sea coast, in Groß Schwansee. It is only 500 m from the beach. The place is enchanted at night by its idyllic lighting to the picture-perfect panorama. On well-developed trails can be reached in no time on foot or by bike the beach. Lonely bays invite to stopovers. Boat trips can be made from Travemünde. Pure nature awaits you in Groß Schwansee.

Sehr ruhige Lage in einem wunderschönen Ort. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Ausstattung, vor allem der Küche, ist top. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Rundum ein Haus zum weiterempfehlen. Leider fehlt ein WLAN und der Netzempfang ist äußerst eingeschränkt.

#### Auszeit in perfekter Stille

Irgendwo im Nirgendwo angekommen. Im ehemaligen Grenzgebiet zwischen Boltenhagen und Travemünde gelegen in Groß Schwansee. Zum ruhigen Strand ca. 500m, wirklich viele Schwäne im Wasser. Zeit für stundenlange Spaziergänge. In der Umgebung direkt keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit PKw kein Problem. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, gute Ausstattung. Wer sich wirklich eine Auszeit wünscht darf 😉sich über WLAN freie Zone freuen...Insgesamt sehr schlechtes Mobilfunknetz. Abschalten..... erwünscht. Wunderschöne Natur im Klützer Winkel, Travemünde ist ca. 11,5 km entfernt, Lübeck 32km, Boltenhagen ca. 20km. Verträumte Ferien. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Herbst 2019 sehr genossen. Unbedingte Weiterempfehlung! Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden und alles sehr gepflegt. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ( zumindest im Herbst)

#### Gemütliches modernes Haus, ruhige Lage, Ort mit ansprechendem Ambiente

Gemütliches modernes Ferienhaus, mit sehr gut ausgestatterter Küche, ansprechender heller Wohn-Ess-Raum in warmen Farben gestaltet, grosse Fenster geben weitläufigen Blick auf die angrenzenden Felder frei, grosses Fussboden-beheiztes Bad im Obergeschoss sowie Betten / Schlafsofa mit herrlich festen Matratzen in sämtlichen 3 Schlafzimmern. Einziges kleines Minus: Da die Mobilfunknetzdeckung im Ort sehr zu wünschen übrig lässt, wäre WiFi im Haus doch recht wünschenswert.
