My family of 5 stayed for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The front staff member was very welcoming upon arrival and we got into our room right away. The pool was fine but the water slide was great. The breakfast was awesome! The lady who was running it was so friendly and helpful and ...
All of the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, starting with the front desk and also including the breakfast kitchen staff. Hotel is well maintained and clean, beds were comfortable. Suite was worth the extra money.
Clean modern hotel. Very comfortable beds with excellent linens. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very nice clean pool big enough to do laps. Quiet hallways.
While at my stay at the coast. I was in the pool with my girlfriend and some Asian child swam up to us and purposely urinated on both of us then swam away. Other then that it was swell. Thanks for an always nice hotel.
Everyone at the hotel was pleasant and accommodating. My only quibble is that my reservation turned out to be non-changeable and non-refundable AFTER I'd booked it. It would be nice to be alerted to that condition beforehand.
Stayed there with family of 5. Clean. Spacious. Modern. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Only blemish is when I asked reception person about ideas of touristy things to do in the area, he was not very knowledgeable. But that was no big deal.
