“To begin, it took over an hour to check in. Granted, we came about 30 minutes before check-in so we understandably waited, but was confused when it was well after the stated check in time. “The overall experience was quite good, and the location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, there is one area that needs improvement: cleanliness and attention to detail. In the room, I found footprints on the floor, hair stuck to the bathroom wall, and stains at the bottom of the toilet bowl. There were also tea stains on the cups and trays. "The property is well located with the Royal Palace a short walk away. The room was well appointed and clean and the aircon was very good. The room was quiet with no street noise whatsoever. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was really good with a huge choice. If I visit Phnom Penh I will definitely be staying here again.
