“It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...

“ee un hotel de paso a les perhentiens es nuestra 2 vez en este Hotel y va a peor necesita una renovación urgente,un hotel muy grande los espacios comunes están bien pero las habitaciones están muy dejadas y sucias con manchas entodos los rincones de la habitación sabanas rotas toallas muy gastadas, y la limpieza diaria deja mucho que desear, el desayuno muy amplio pero para el cliente local y muy poca variedad para el resto, los empleados muy amables sobre todo el conserje es encantador”
