“Personalet til indcheckningen var ikke tilstede og det gjorde det besværligt at foretage betalingen for at få udleveret nøglen til værelset. Efter kommunikation via WhatsApp lykkedes det og betalingen blev foretaget senere ved personlig fremmøde. Jeg var ikke blevet orienteret om at der var selfcheckin. Og derved ville det være nemmere hvis betalingen var udført inden ankomst. Værelset var ok set i forhold til prisen. ”

“The room was dusty ( can see dust on the wall and table top). Found 3 hairs on the pillow and asked the staff to change. Staffs were friendly and responded to it quite fast. ”

“It's a budget hotel so you have to manage your expectations. I didn't see a lift but I was on the ground floor. The lobby is super clean. The room itself is basic consisting of- a bed, a table and stool. Aircon, that worked very well. They hand you a towel on check-in. No soap or shower gel(so make sure you have some) The bathroom/toilet area is especially small. It will be too difficult if you are plus sized. Or of a larger build. That said, all of it is clean.
